--- title: "Terms of Service | Veteran Home Service" description: "The terms that apply to using the Veteran Home Service website and requesting service from VETERAN HOME SERVICE GEORGIA LLC." url: https://www.veteranhomeservice.com/terms/ --- # Terms of service Last updated: October 18, 2026 These terms govern your use of [www.veteranhomeservice.com](https://www.veteranhomeservice.com/) (the "site"), operated by **VETERAN HOME SERVICE GEORGIA LLC**, doing business as Veteran Home Service ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. ## Information on this site The content on this site — including service descriptions, tips, and answers to common questions — is general information. It isn't a diagnosis of your specific plumbing and isn't a substitute for an on-site inspection. Every home is different. ## Estimates and service - Submitting a form or calling us is a request for service, not a contract. Work begins only after you approve an estimate. - Prices discussed online or by phone are estimates. The final scope and price for each job are set by the written estimate or invoice you approve. - Arrival times are windows, not guarantees. Weather, emergencies, and job conditions can cause delays; we'll keep you informed. - If we find conditions that change the scope of work, we'll explain them and get your approval before doing additional work. ## Payment Payment terms are stated on your estimate or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due when the work is completed. ## Warranties We stand behind our work. Any workmanship guarantee that applies to your job, and how long it lasts, is stated on your estimate or invoice. Equipment and parts we install are covered by their manufacturers' warranties, which we'll pass on to you. Warranties don't cover damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, acts of nature, or work performed by others. ## Discounts and offers Discounts — including our military, veteran, and first-responder discount — may require verification, can't be combined unless we say so, and may be changed or ended at any time. Ask when you call. ## Using the site You agree not to: - Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false information - Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems - Scrape, copy, or republish site content without our permission ## Our content The site's text, logo, graphics, and design belong to VETERAN HOME SERVICE GEORGIA LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal use. ## Disclaimer The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be error-free or always available. This does not limit any warranty provided in writing for work we perform. ## Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, VETERAN HOME SERVICE GEORGIA LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our responsibilities for work we perform are governed by the estimate, invoice, or agreement for that job and by applicable law. ## Privacy Our [privacy policy](https://www.veteranhomeservice.com/privacy/) explains how we handle the information you share with us. ## Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute relating to these terms or the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Bulloch County, Georgia, unless the law requires otherwise. ## Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. ## Contact us **VETERAN HOME SERVICE GEORGIA LLC** 834 Northside Drive East Statesboro, GA 30458 Phone: [(912) 658-6779](tel:+19126586779) Email: [contact@veteranhomeservice.com](mailto:contact@veteranhomeservice.com) --- ## Contact Veteran Home Service - Phone: [+19126586779](tel:+19126586779) - Email: [contact@veteranhomeservice.com](mailto:contact@veteranhomeservice.com) - Address: 834 Northside Drive East, Statesboro, GA 30458 - Free estimate: https://www.veteranhomeservice.com/#contact _Markdown version of https://www.veteranhomeservice.com/terms/ · Site index for AI agents: https://www.veteranhomeservice.com/llms.txt_
