Leaking & running toilets
Flappers, fill valves, wax rings, and wobbly bases fixed — stop the leak and the wasted water bill.
A slow sink is an annoyance. Sewage coming up in the tub is an emergency. We clear both — with the right cable or high-pressure jetter for the line — and find out why it clogged so it doesn't happen again next month.

24/7 emergenciesWe locate your cleanout (or pull a toilet if there isn't one) to get to the line without making a mess.
A cable machine punches through the blockage and gets your water flowing again.
When grease, scale, or roots are the cause, hydro jetting scours the full pipe wall instead of just poking a hole through the clog.
We can run a camera to show you roots, breaks, or bellies in the line — so you know whether it's a cleaning problem or a pipe problem.
Hydro jetting sends water at very high pressure through a specialized nozzle that scrubs the inside of the pipe — grease, soap scum, scale, and fine roots included. A cable restores flow; jetting restores the pipe's full diameter.
It isn't right for every line. Old, cracked, or collapsed pipe needs repair, not pressure. That's why we inspect before we jet when there's any doubt.
Older homes across the area still have clay or cast-iron sewer laterals. Clay joints let in roots — and the region's big shade trees have plenty of them — while cast iron scales up inside until the opening narrows.
Add kitchen grease, flushable wipes (they don't break down), and low spots where the ground has settled, and you get recurring backups. Finding the actual cause is what stops the repeat calls.
We serve homeowners throughout the area, including:
Yes. Sewage backing up into your home is an emergency, and our line reaches a real person any hour.
For pipes in sound condition, yes — it's one of the most thorough ways to clean a line. For fragile, cracked, or collapsed pipe, we recommend a camera inspection first and won't jet a line that can't take it.
We'd advise against it. Chemical cleaners rarely clear a main line blockage, they can damage older pipes, and they make the job hazardous for whoever has to open the line next.
Most homes only need service when there's a problem. If you have recurring roots or grease buildup, scheduled maintenance jetting — often yearly — can be cheaper than repeated emergency calls.
In most cases the homeowner is responsible for the private lateral running from the house to the public main or property line. We can help you figure out where your responsibility ends.
